Raša Todosijević was born in 1945 in Belgrade, Serbia. He is one of the most prominent artists of the Belgrade’s SKC (Students’ Cultural Centre) scene in 1970s, and a leading representative of conceptual art. His most famous works include a video series Was is Kunst (1976), a text the Edinborough Statement (1975), or a series of installations Gott liebt die Serben. He created in the media of performance, installations, as well as elementary painting and mail art, and in the media of text. He authored several art books. He lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia.
