Przemysław Kwiek was born in 1945 in Warsaw, Poland. He is a sculptor, he makes installations, film maker, organizator of various interventions, performance and action artist.

Between 1963 and 1970 he was a part of KwieKulig art group with Zofia Kulik. He has worked alone since 1987, basing his work on formal and conceptual stances of the KwieKulik group. Kwiek sees all life events as material for his art. His makes multimedia projects in various forms. In later years he started painting. He was one of the creators of SASI Association of Artists of the Alternate Arts. He lives and works in Warsaw, Poland.
